SMITHS FARM BARN REARED WHITE

 Reared by Andrew Freestone in Wiltshire. We are offering this very good barn reared barn white turkey this year, as an alternative.  Dry plucked and game hung.  We have trialled this turkey over the last few years, and are very happy with the taste and cooking quality.

All turkeys are fed on a natural, GM free, grain diet and slow grown over a long period from June onwards.  Weights are between 25 to 10lbs.  We can help you with the right size when you contact us.

TURKEY CROWNS (BONELESS)

We take the hard work out of Christmas by boning, rolling and stuffing (please specify your preference when ordering) a turkey crown.  Weights range from 7lbs upwards.  Our capacity for these is limited so please order early.

FREE RANGE GEESE

Reared by Paul and Jill Wicks in Wiltshire.  A superb outdoor goose, reared in small numbers, dry plucked and with the traditional goose fat. 

Weights 8-14lbs. Price to be advised.

Of course we do all the special Christmas joints as well such as rolled sirloin, ribs of beef, loins of pork, gammons, etc.  Other poultry available includes large chickens, duck, and game.  Also available are Welsh venison and Usk wild boar.
